Before you contact us

My QR code is not scanning.

Make sure the full code is visible, increase your screen brightness, and hold the camera steady with a little space around the code.

A social link opens the wrong page.

Open your Add Me profile, confirm the username or link for that social account, save your changes, and try the QR code again.

How do I update my information?

Edit your Add Me card and save it. Your shared QR code will continue to point people to your current profile information.

How do I report a privacy or safety issue?

Select “Privacy or safety” in the support form and include only the information needed for us to investigate.
